Tidbits from Tim
Tim Hackett - Owner, Long Beach Lodge Resort
March 2025

With winter still in full swing, including some snow over the past few weeks and stormy weather expected this weekend, Long Beach Lodge continues to be a warm and welcoming retreat, offering a front-row seat to the ever-changing beauty of the Pacific.
This past week, we had the pleasure of hosting both our Long Service Dinner and Long Service Reception, celebrating the incredible team members who have been with us for 1 to 3 years, as well as those who have been with us for over 3 years. With six of our dedicated team members reaching the 10-year mark, and our longest-serving employee celebrating an impressive 20 years, their passion and commitment are truly the heart of the lodge. We’re so grateful for the care they bring to every guest experience.
We’re also thrilled to see our new Stick Library in action, with our four-legged visitors eagerly selecting their perfect sticks for beach walks. Our amazing Maintenance team ensures that the Stick Library remains well-stocked with a collection of perfectly sized, handpicked sticks for our furry guests to enjoy.
While storm season still has much to offer, the first signs of spring are making their way to the West Coast. Longer days, fresh coastal air, and a sense of renewal are slowly beginning to emerge. If you're looking to escape before the spring break crowds arrive, our Stay 3, Pay 2 offer is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing getaway.
Whether you’re visiting soon or planning ahead, we can’t wait to welcome you for another season filled with relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable moments.
My very best wishes,
Tim
