Surf Lessons
The certified Surf Club team offers expert guidance for all skill levels, and lessons are also open to non-guests. Customize your 2.5-hour private lesson at your pace and desired level of instruction, with up to five people per instructor. Larger group options available!

Lesson Rates
2.5-Hour Private Surf Lesson | $229*
If your friends or family want to join your private lesson, add $109 per person up to max. five people.

Surf Rentals
The Surf Club offers a range of rental gear, including high-quality locally made epoxy and fibreglass surfboards designed for Tofino’s waves. Please get in touch for more information.

Rental Details
Rentals include access to showers and changing rooms for a comfortable pre- and post-surf experience.
Advanced epoxy and fibreglass surf boards range from 5’8’’– 9’6’’ and are perfect for knee-high to double overhead waves—ideal for intermediate surfers ready to move beyond soft tops.
Beginner soft top surf boards range from 6’–9’6” are also available.

*A reduced rate of $59 per person, per day (including board, wetsuit and booties) is available to all individuals who have taken a surf lesson with the Surf Club during their current stay and wish to get out on the water on their own for additional days.

Surf Club Membership
From October to June, enjoy access to the Surf Club’s facilities with a monthly membership or convenient drop-in rates. Locals can take advantage of discounted rates every Tuesday!

Bike Rentals
New to the Surf Club: bike rentals! Explore Tofino the fun, eco-friendly way with our Norco VLT Scene E-Bike rentals, available at the Surf Club. Head south toward Ucluelet on the scenic 44 km Multi-Use Path (MUP) or cruise north into downtown Tofino—no car or parking required. We recommend booking in advance.

Rental Details
- Three sizes of bikes are available: small, medium and large, which fit guests 5’6” to 6’3” in height
- All bikes are equipped with high-quality Shimano parts, including motors and batteries
- Bikes are electric assist and not full throttle electric, as per MUP bylaws
- Rental includes helmet and bike lock
Riders must be at least 18 years old.
