Meet the Chef
Chef Shaun’s culinary journey is driven by a passion for creativity. With a foundation in classical training and experience at top restaurants around Vancouver, Shaun has worked with some of Canada’s top chefs, most recently staging with Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality in Toronto and serving as Executive Chef at The West Coast Fishing Club. Now leading the kitchen at Long Beach Lodge Resort, he thrives on crafting vibrant, inspired dishes that bring people together. Shaun’s hands-on leadership and focus on memorable dining experiences ensure every meal is a celebration of the coast’s unique flavours.
