Andre, the Great Room Bar Manager, has been mixing up some creative elixirs with craft liqueurs and small-batch spirits. Every week, our Happy Hour gets happier with new names added to our growing beer & wine heaven list! Come taste the perfect pairing for every dish!

(top left) Tuna Tataki | lightly seared tuna, yuzu aioli, wakame seaweed, ginger carrots, crisps
(top right) Scallops | seared scallops, confit potato, smoked crème fraîche, orange, fennel, castelvetrano olives, squid ink emulsion
(bottom center) Beet Shawarma Wrap | smoked beets, pickled vegetables, grape tomato, feta, hummus, cabbage, arugula, roasted pepper aioli served with house cut fries
