Review of Long Beach Lodge Resort

We hosted our management offsite at Long Beach Lodge Resort and had an incredible time. It was a somewhat last minute plan and Maxeen was so quick to respond, making the entire process seamless on short notice.

When we arrived, everything was again quite seamless. From the cabins, to the food, to the attentive staff, we always felt that our expectations were being exceeded. Maxeen was sure to check in on us when she heard the projector turn on, surf instructors took extra care to make sure we all felt comfortable in the water, the kitchen staff made sure to meet all of our dietary restrictions, and the chef wrapped up our leftover sandwiches for a hike the following day.

Overall, the entire team went above and beyond the entire week to make this offsite one to remember!

This resort is absolutely amazing! The staff are all so personable and kind, they go above and beyond to make sure your stay at the lodge is the best possible. The restaurant in the great room is magnificent, the views, the delicious delicacy of their culinary art, the atmosphere and service can’t be matched. Well, this was easily one of the best value meals/experiences we’ve had in years. Outstanding food, perfectly pitched service, and the sunset alone was worth the bill. We've been taking winter breaks in Tofino/Ucluelet for almost 20 years and enjoy the lack of crowds and ability to beach walk & experience some awesome winter storms. Long Beach Lodge makes a great base as we take our 2 labs and book one of the a dog friendly rooms on the ground floor that have walk out to the beach and a great view. This year was no exception with no rain while we were there and 2 days of storm force winds that made for great breaking surf. The room was great as always, staff all excellent and we ate 2 nights in the restaurant enjoying great meals and good beer both nights. An added plus was a new bank of 8 Level2 EV chargers (CCS) by the entrance with complimentary charging for guests, so keeping the car charged for drives to hiking locations and in prep for out return home was totally painless.
